You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through enquiry forms, "post property" flows and directory listings. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.

Where applicable, service fees, booking amounts or subscription charges are collected through secure third-party gateways. Refunds are governed by the specific service agreement signed at the time of purchase.

The Estater brand, logo, design, photography and code are the exclusive property of Estater Realty Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

Professionals listed in the Estater directory are independent third parties. Estater verifies credentials but does not guarantee the outcome of any engagement.
